Whether they’re creating their own solo creations (their 500-pair OG mash-up), working in tandem with other stores (their team with Solebox as part of the Sneaker Exchange Consortium), or dropping out exclusives (the recent ZX inspired set), Packer has continually imparted an understanding of the UltraBOOST and its position in the modern sneaker landscape. Never doing too much or too little with their collaborations, the more than 100-year-old boutique retailer shows off what Midas is touching again with this upcoming adidas Consortium ULTRA 4D 2.0, blending lifestyle sensibilities with futuristic outsole technology in 4D trellis.
Officially revealed via a teaser image on their Instagram account as well as on the personal page of the shopper / brand manager Victor Kan, the Packer x adidas ULTRA 4D 2.0 features a rugby-esque blend of green, blue and deep red on the upper, with soft suede at the toe above the Primeknit toe. This palette is offset by a light off-white heel / cage combination unit as well as the monochromatic outsole. Those are all the details that are revealed at the moment, so stay tuned for an official announcement and expect them to drop in the coming weeks.
