The adidas YEEZY BOOST 700 V2 has been widely regarded as one of Kanye West’s best sneaker designs. For its latest proposal, the cushioned BOOST silhouette is about to go “mauveâ€.
First teased in July, YEEZY’s next “daddy’s shoe†finally arrives tomorrow, September 25th. Dressed in shades of brown, the pair matches the majority of other proposals in Mr. West’s tenure with adidas. The sole units also go for a tone-on-tone brown arrangement, which differs from previous iterations donning pops of orange on the midsole. Underfoot, the herringbone-patterned tread deviates very slightly from the color palette found in the upper half in favor of gum-brown-like makeup. The reflective material further introduces some interruption through the laces and upper heel panels.
